What services do you offer and what’s included?
You can see our list of what’s included in a clean here: What we clean. We offer weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, and one-time and move-in or move-out cleanings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! Most of our clients prefer to provide us access and go about their day. We’re fully insured, and trust and consistency are part of our service promise.
How do you ensure quality and consistency?
We follow detailed checklists and train our cleaners thoroughly. We conduct regular quality checks to keep standards high.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring everything needed for our cleanings. We only use our own equipment to ensure the quality of the clean and the safety of our team.
What do I do before the cleaning?
Be sure to remove excess clutter such as trash, clothes, and other objects that will get in the way of getting your floors and other surfaces cleaned.
A quick tidy-up (like putting away clutter) helps us clean more efficiently. But don’t stress—we’re here to take care of the heavy lifting.
How do I book a cleaning?
Give us a call at 480-696-1332 or fill out the “request a quote” form. We make scheduling quick and easy!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We get that life happens! Just let us know 1 business day in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Are you insured and bonded?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale, Litchfield Park and Surprise.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
We do our best to provide the same cleaner for your home each clean, but all of our cleaners are thoroughly trained with our PMC cleaning system and we ensure to take detailed notes for specific parts of your home if needed.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via credit or debit card. We will charge the card on file after the cleaning and send a receipt to your email. We make it easy for you!
Can you clean while pets are home?
Totally! Just let us know about your furry friend—our cleaners are pet lovers. If your pet is anxious or protective, we just ask that they be in a separate area while we work.
Can I add something last-minute, like inside fridge cleaning?
If there’s time in the visit, yes! Just let us know as early as possible so we can plan for it.
Do you do laundry or dishes?
We do not, but we have the full list of what we clean here: What is cleaned.

What happens if something gets damaged?
We treat your home with care, but if something ever does get damaged by us, we’ll own it and make it right.
How long will the cleaning take?
It depends on the size of your home and what kind of clean you’re getting. A regular cleaning usually takes 1.5 to 4 hours. Some first time homes are usually 2-5 hours with 2 people. Sometimes it can go longer with a move-out or move in cleaning, just depending on the home. We’ll can give you a better estimate once we know your space.
Try to schedule on a day where time isn’t a worry, as to not pressure our cleaners.
Can I leave a tip?
Absolutely, and it’s always appreciated but never expected. You can tip in cash or let us know to add it to your payment—whatever’s easiest.
