The Scorecard

Updates will be given on your slack channel every Friday. Each score is based on the past 6 months.

Time score

Be efficient with your time! Your average time for all recurring cleans in the period should not be more than 1 hour greater than the average time of the estimated times of the cleans.

Customer score

The average score of all surveys and online reviews concerning the cleaner’s cleanings. This average must be 4.5 stars.

Cleaning score

Employees will be rated on a 1-5 star scale by the supervisor who drops-in to take a look at what work they’ve done so far. Drop-ins happen randomly, so always be proud of your work! The average score of all the drop-ins must be greater than 4 stars. How you will be rated is in the cleaning score page.

Dependability

Show up to work- and on time! An easy 5 star score.

Request time off 14 days ahead of time. Last-minute call outs (done less than 14 days in advance) that exceed 3 days will take 2 stars off your score. Keep your score more than 0 stars.(see section 4.2 of the employee handbook)
