The quality of your cleans will be rated on a subjective scale of 1 to 5 stars. All of the areas of the home listed in all parts of the clean, being: everywhere, bathroom, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

Not completing the before-you-leave checklist will add a 3 star score to your drop-in score.

The scores are added periodically, and your average score will be the average of the last 28 days from today’s date.

Ex:

5 stars score added on Feb 1st

4 star score added on Feb 15th

3.5 star score added on Feb 27th

So if today is Feb 28th, your average score is 4.2 stars.
