  • Rugs and carpets vacuumed
  • Tile and hard-surface floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Ceiling fan blades dusted

  • Flat surfaces below 6ft high dusted around knickknacks

  • Trashes emptied

  • Horizontal blinds/shutters dusted

  • Picture frames dusted

  • Sliding glass door glass cleaned inside and out (Panes with door handle only)

  • Light switches cleaned

  • Outside of laundry appliances wiped

  • All baseboards cleaned

  • Change bed sheets (clean sheets must be left on top of bed)

  • Window panes from inside home (accessible by 2-step ladder)

  • Inside fridge (must be 75% empty)
